Urban Regeneration
There is a growing political awareness of the importance of the existing urban fabric to the social and economic well-being of the community.
Urban renewal is affected by changes in the building regulations, tax regimes, the need for careful site investigation, and health and safety issues. Our experience in these areas means that we can offer up to date advise to our clients
We adopt an holistic approach to site analysis and appraisal which considers landscape, transport and circulation and energy use as significant and interrelated concerns.
