Textile Mill, Holywell The restoration of the former Textile Mill, Holywell to a Community Arts and Craft Centre, including Tea Shop and first floor Gallery. Part of the phased restoration of landmark buildings in the town, co-ordinated by the Holywell Townscape Heritage Initiative.
		Singleton Abbey, Swansea University The refurbishement of the Grade 2 Listed Orangery of Singleton Abbey at the University of Wales, Swansea to form a welcoming admissions office for enrolling students.
		Waterloo Buildings, Birkenhead The refurbishment of Grade 2 Listed buildings to create 27 flats and 4 commercial units for Riverside Housing Association Ltd.  Waterloo Buildings fall within the Hamilton Quarter and are situated on a prime site facing the Mersey.
		Antiques Triangle, Birkenhead The refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed building to generate 36 flats and 9 commercial units for Pierhead Housing Association Ltd.  The building is a prominent landmark at the Birkenhead entrance to the Mersey Tunnel
