Abbey Hulton Community Masterplan, Stoke Consultation with the residents of the Abbey Hulton estate, Stoke–on–Trent has included drop-in sessions, arts workshops and "Football in the Community".  In a second round of consultation to review the initial proposals' an exhibition was taken onto the estate on the "FutureBuzz".
		Redevelopment of Prefab Sites, Newport The redevelopment of the sites of post-war prefabs involves the provision of 550 new bungalows in a 5 year programme at a scheme cost of around £35 million. Full community consultation has taken place with every resident visited by the designers and development team.
		Estate Transfer, Glyntaff, Pontypridd Estate transfer from a Local Authority to Cadarn Housing Group, with masterplanning, tenant participation, new-build and refurbishment in eight phases involving Ainsley Gommom over more than 10 years.  Additional new homes won a Welsh Housing Design Award in 1994 and later phases won a National Partnership Award in 1999.
		Urban Regeneration, Hulme, Manchester Phase one of Manchester’s Hulme redevelopment for the Guinness Trust.  The 165 no. dwellings were designed in full participation with the residents.  Winner of the RIBA Regional Housing Design Award 1995 for ‘excellence in housing design’
