		Sustainable Housing, Home Farm Rd, Wirral 14 new homes at Home Farm Rd, Woodchurch, designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, Homes and Communities Agency Housing Quality Indicators, Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design and Building for Life standard.
		Extra Care Housing, Rhyl This innovative new Extra Care housing scheme for Clwyd Alyn Housing Association in partnership with Denbighshire County Council, provides 59 one and two bedroomed apartments, with care and support for older people.
		Low Energy Bungalows, Abbey Hulton, Stoke New bungalows for William Sutton Homes. These timber-framed bungalows were fitted with solar thermal panels using funding from the Low Carbon Buildings Programme and acheived EcoHomes "Very Good" standard.
		New Homes, Maplewood Court, Macclesfield A development for Moorlands Housing Association, through the Frontis Framework, to provide a mixture of 12 new family houses for rent and 29 low cost apartments, designed to meet Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
		YMCA Hostel & Community Facilities, Birkenhead New hostel accommodation and community facilities for Birkenhead YMCA, incorporating 56 en-suite bedrooms, conference suite, IT training suite, cyber café and support offices.
		Drybridge Gardens, Monmouth A sustainable development providing independent living for six people with severe disabilities. Drybridge Gardens received a Royal Society of Architects in Wales Housing Design Award 2004 and a Civic Trust Mention in 2005.
		Supported Living for Homeless, Holywell Erw Groes is a prestigious new supported living unit, developed in partnership by Clwyd Alyn Housing Association and Flintshire County Council. The facility provides 16 units of high quality short term/emergency accommodation for homeless people in a safe and secure environment.
		Bridge Street Apartments, Birkenhead 20 new apartments for Pierhead Housing Association on an urban infill site in a conservation area. The landmark building, with its pivotal 6-storey drum, is flanked by listed buildings and has been designed to take maximum advantage of the panoramic views over the Liverpool waterfront.
		Plas Gwenfrewi, Holywell The conversion and extension of the former St. Winefride's Convent School, providing 14 homes.  Within Holywell's Conservation Area, the conversion included the careful restoration of external features.  The new extension is a modern intervention, but uses materials sympathetic to the original.
		Key Worker Housing, Arrowe Park Hospital Accommodation for medical staff in training for the Wirral NHS Trust.  The new residences have been designed to provide easily maintained long life, low energy accommodation and to demonstrate sustainability and healthy buildings in practice.
		Redevelopment of Prefab Sites, Newport The redevelopment of the sites of post-war prefabs involves the provision of 550 new bungalows in a 5 year programme at a scheme cost of around £35 million. Full community consultation has taken place with every resident visited by the designers and development team.
		Estate Transfer, Glyntaff, Pontypridd Estate transfer from a Local Authority to Cadarn Housing Group, with masterplanning, tenant participation, new-build and refurbishment in eight phases involving Ainsley Gommom over more than 10 years.  Additional new homes won a Welsh Housing Design Award in 1994 and later phases won a National Partnership Award in 1999.
		Urban Regeneration, Hulme, Manchester Phase one of Manchester’s Hulme redevelopment for the Guinness Trust.  The 165 no. dwellings were designed in full participation with the residents.  Winner of the RIBA Regional Housing Design Award 1995 for ‘excellence in housing design’
		Urban Regeneration, Riverside, Pontypool An innovative urban regeneration scheme providing 56 new homes of mixed tenure.  Torfaen County Borough Council worked in partnership with Charter Housing Association, Lovell Partnerships and Ainsley Gommon Architects to redevelop this brown field site in the heart of the town centre.
