Dental Suite, Deeside Community Hospital A new Dental Suite for North East Wales NHS Trust to provide modern dedicated facilities for the Community Dental Service attached to an existing Community Hospital.
		Mental Health Resource Centre, Aston House Deeside Community Hospital, North Wales A new joint psychiatric facility for the continuing care needs of acute mentally ill and a resource centre providing a variety of services and support for patient groups to enable them to continue living in the community and to be treated in their own locality.
		Willowbrook Hospice, St. Helen's Willowbrook Hospice provides palliative care for terminally ill patients within the St Helens and Knowsley areas.  The project received a Mention in the 40th Anniversary Civic Trust Awards as being "imaginative and sympathetic …sensitive…the building sits well in its landscape".
		Hope House Children's Respite Hospice The hospice provides respite care for physically frail and terminally ill children and support for their families.  One of the first purpose built children’s hospices, the building is designed to provide these special facilities in a non-institutional environment.
		Flint Community Hospital The extension and remodelling of a well-loved Community Hospital to provide improved and modernised facilities in Outpatients and Wards.  The Kitchens were refurbishment and refitted to meet current Environmental Health requirements.
