butts green Butts Green, Stoke-on-Trent
The housing development at Butts Green in Stoke-on-Trent provides 38 new family homes and older people bungalows.  The scheme forms part of the Abbey Hulton Community Masterplan for Affinity Sutton Group.
 
 
shobdon Code 4 Bungalows, Shobdon, Herefordshire
A development of two sustainable bungalows for Marches Housing Association. The bungalows have been designed to be wheelchair accessible for older people and have achieved a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 rating.
 
 
sutton park Sutton Park, Leeds
Sutton Park is a development of 54 new bungalows and family houses across two neighbouring sites in Leeds for Affinity Sutton Group.  The development was used for a pilot project of six homes built using "Passivhaus" design principles.
 
connahs quay civic hall Improvements to Civic Hall, Connah's Quay
Improvements to Connah's Quay Civic Hall used materials chosen for their low environmental impact and high energy efficiency to raise the EPC rating of the 1960s building from an 'F' to a 'C' rating.  The work was partly funded by a Town Improvement Grant.  Completed July 2010.

New bungalows for William Sutton Homes. These timber-framed bungalows were fitted with solar thermal panels using funding from the Low Carbon Buildings Programme and acheived EcoHomes "Very Good" standard.
 
 
learning pathway centre Learning Pathway Centre, Deeside College
Learning Pathways is a commitment to the transformation of learning provision for all young people in Wales, providing a more flexible and balanced approach to the education of 14-19 year olds.  Phase 1 at Deeside was completed in 2008 and Phase 2 was completed the following year.

A sustainable development providing independent living for six people with severe disabilities. Drybridge Gardens received a Royal Society of Architects in Wales Housing Design Award 2004 and a Civic Trust Mention in 2005.
 
 
flaybrick cemetery chapels National Bat Study Centre, Chapels at Flaybrick Hill Memorial Gardens, Bidston
Proposed re-ordering of Grade 2 Listed chapels to create a national study centre for research into native species of bats, with roof spaces and floor voids forming a hibernaculum, where bats will roost and hibernate.

The Bat House Project Competition was an open competition to submit creative ideas for a Bat House for London – "a building of aesthetic and environmental excellence, built with sustainable materials, that offers homes to bats and an educational visitor attraction for people."
