1  Listed Building Renewal       St Margaret's Convent, Rock Ferry This stone villa was revealed by the demolition of a brick chapel.  Internal remodelling provided new sheltered accommodation and a private chapel for the Sisters and residents. Client: Riverside Housing Association. 2  Stained Glass Restoration       St Saviour's Parish Church, Oxton Two fine windows were restored including the West Window designed by Burne-Jones and executed by the William Morris Studio.  The glass was removed and cleaned by specialists while masons rebuilt the stone tracery. 3  Listed Building Renewal       Waterloo Buildings, Hamilton Quarter       Birkenhead This prominent stone faced building was restored and converted to mixed use for Riverside Housing Association.

The upper floors provide 27 flats, while the ground floor has been designed for entertainment use.  Cast iron balconies lost in the war were renewed.
