		The role of RIBA Client Design Advisor is a new service that Ainsley Gommon Architects is now able to offer to our clients. An RIBA Client Design Advisor is a senior professional who sits on the client’s side of a project, independent of the supply team, monitoring and helping to manage the design process from its earliest stages. This is a role promoted by CABE, the Commission for the Built Environment, and it can be vital, particularly on Private Finance Initiative or Design and Build projects, where the clients access to the executive design team is often limited. Through an RIBA Client Design Advisor you can maintain control over issues affecting the quality, value, sustainability and lifecycle of your building or project. Director, David Ainsley has been selected for inclusion in the RIBA register of accredited Client Design Advisors.
