A sustainable development for Fairlake Properties providing independent living for six people with severe disabilities.  The Civic Trust Award Mention reads: "Residents' representatives from this independent living accommodation unit were engaged in the development of the project, successfully incorporating their needs, such as intimate external areas, into the design."

The conversion and extension of the former St. Winefride's Convent School within Holywell's Conservation Area, providing 14 homes for Wales & West Housing Association.  The Civic Trust Mention reads: "This conversion of a listed building into eight bespoke flats for affordable housing has excellent detailing throughout, including the careful use of lime render and refurbishment of the original fenestration."
