2005 Civic Trust Awards Mention		Drybridge Gardens, Monmouth A sustainable development for Fairlake Properties providing independent living for six people with severe disabilities.  The Civic Trust Award Mention reads: "Residents' representatives from this independent living accommodation unit were engaged in the development of the project, successfully incorporating their needs, such as intimate external areas, into the design."
2005 Civic Trust Awards Mention		Plas Gwenfrewi, Holywell The conversion and extension of the former St. Winefride's Convent School within Holywell's Conservation Area, providing 14 homes for Wales & West Housing Association.  The Civic Trust Mention reads: "This conversion of a listed building into eight bespoke flats for affordable housing has excellent detailing throughout, including the careful use of lime render and refurbishment of the original fenestration."
2005 LABC Built In Quality Award		New Homes, Ridgeway, Newport A Local Authority Building Control "Built-In Quality" Award nominated by Newport City Council for a phase of the redevelopment of the former prefab estates in Newport, South Wales for Newport Housing Trust and Fairlake Properties.
2004 RSAW Housing Design Award		Drybridge Gardens, Monmouth A sustainable development for Fairlake Properties providing independent living for six people with severe disabilities. "The assessors felt that this tackled the challenge of meeting the very particular needs of the six residents with severe disabilities with some style."
2004 Jaguar Community Project of the Year		The Clock for Plus Housing Also winner of the Lord Winstanley Changing Places Award
2001 Merseyside 21 Awards		Wirral Methodist Housing Association A complex mixture of new build and refurbishment, residential and commercial that won Wirral Methodist Housing Association this National Award for having done most to encourage the improvement of homes
2000 Merseyside Awards for Architecture and Urban Design		Waterloo Buildings, Birkenhead Oliveri's Waterloo Buildings, Birkenhead a prominent Grade 2 Listed building, for Riverside Housing Association.  Commended as the 'best example of refurbished development in Wirral'.
2000 40th Anniversary Civic Trust Awards Mention		Willowbrook Hospice, St Helens Providing palliative care for terminally ill patients within the St Helens and Knowsley areas the hospice was described as 'a worthy contribution to the community'
1999 National Partnership Award		Glyntaff Farm Estate, Pontypridd Highly Commended - National Partnership Award from the National Council for Housing & Planning for Glyntaff Farm Estate, for Newydd Housing Association. The award recognised the contribution of the whole Partnering Team to the project.
1995 RIBA Housing Design Award		'Aquarius' 165 dwellings in Hulme 'Aquarius' 165 dwellings for the Guinness Trust in Hulme, Manchester. The citation concludes "Impressive....the tenants are obviously delighted."
1995 Civic Society Award		Hope House Children's Hospice, Oswestry Oswestry & District Civic Society Award for the design of Hope House Children's Respite Hospice.
1995 Civic Society Award		Conservation of Newt Pond, Oswestry Oswestry & District Civic Society Award for the conservation and enhancement of the habitat of Great Crested Newts in a natural pond within a housing development in Oswestry, Shropshire.
1995 RIBA Sponsored Ideas Competition		Chavasse Park Zone, Liverpool Masterplan for the redevelopment of 75,000 square metres of central Liverpool, joint winners of this national RIBA sponsored competition.
1994 RSAW Welsh Housing Project Award		47 new homes, Glyntaff Farm, Pontypridd RSAW Welsh Housing Project Award for the design of a new build scheme of 47 homes on Glyntaff Farm Estate for Newydd Housing Association.
1994 Design Competition Winner		Wood Design College, Northern Ireland Competition for design of a Wood Technology College in Pomeroy, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
1993 Street Design Awards		Park adjacent to a Church, Upholland Commendation for a park adjacent to the Church of St Thomas The Martyr, Upholland for West Lancashire District Council. The judges citation "a green space with a different character which provides a dignified accompaniment for surrounding historic buildings. It is a significant achievement".
1992 Waltham Forest Design Award		Family housing, New Road, London Commendation for Sheltered and family housing, Larkswood, New Road, London.
1991 Civic Trust Commendation		Flats for the Elderly, Liverpool 9 Flats for Co-operative Schemes for the Elderly created from the ruined shell of a Victorian villa, Liverpool.
1988 Welsh National Eisteddfod Architecture Prize		Heritage Museum, Newport, South Wales Design for a Heritage Museum in Newport. The design was illustrated in the Architects Journal, September 1988, and was exhibited at the National Design Museum, June 1989.
1987 Times / RIBA Enterprise Scheme Award		Shorefields Housing Co-operative "Shorefields Village" 46 houses for the Shorefields Housing Co-operative. The judges citation concluded "in short an excellent scheme, which it is clear is a pleasure to all".
1987 Civic Trust Commendation		Private House, Wirral A private house in a conservation area next to the village church.
1986 Times / RIBA Enterprise Scheme Award		Community Work Centre A low budget conversion of a redundant school of art to a Community Work Centre. Award presentation by HRH Prince Charles.
