The sustainable refurbishment of Connah's Quay Civic Hall has been recognised by a National Bronze Award in the 2011 Green Apple Awards for the Built Environment and Architectural Heritage. The improvements, which have raised the Energy Performance Rating of the 1960's building from an 'F' to a 'C' rating, were recognised at the Presentation Ceremony at the University of Westminster. |
