Refurbishment and conversion of Listed Coach House   Work has started on the refurbishment and conversion of a Grade 2 Listed former Coach House dating from the 1770's set within the Grade 2 listed grounds of Llanrhaeadr Hall, Denbigh, North Wales.   The conversion is to form an expansion of the current 'Springs' business run by Emma Jones, located in the Barn adjacent and will include a glazed bridge to link the two premises.   The proposed accommodation will include a Relaxation Lounge, Hydrotherapy Pool, Steam Room and Sauna, Fitness Gymnasium, space for Yoga and Meditation classes, Treatment rooms and a Cafe/Juice Bar.   The conservation project also includes mitigation works to provide a maternity roost for for a colony of approximately 100 protected Lesser Horseshoe Bats.
