Affordable Homes for Historic Conservation Area   Bromborough Pool is one of the earliest purpose built industrial villages in the country, dating back to 1854. Ainsley Gommon have just gained full planning consent for 40 new-build affordable homes in this historically sensitive Bromborough Pool Village conservation area.   The new houses, which will be developed by Lowry Homes and Riverside Group have been designed to harmonise with and enhance their historic setting. They will be dispersed across a number of infill and gap sites that had been left by previous insensitive clearance work.   Ainsley Gommon have taken a very active role in all phases of the regeneration of Bromborough Pool since the village was acquired by Riverside in 1988.
