The New Vision for Alway   Ainsley Gommon Architects have submitted a Detailed Planning Application for 239 new homes and community facilities to be developed by Bellway Homes at Alway in Newport, South Wales.   The £20 million Partnership scheme with Newport City Council and Charter Housing Association provides a wide range of homes for open market and affordable properties to rent.   A new Community Centre, Police Station and retail facilities have been designed at the heart of the new development.
