25 February 2003 College Reception Building Work is now complete on the new Reception Building at the Ellesmere Port Campus of West Cheshire College. 21 February 2003 Rowing Club Refurbished The Liverpool Victoria Rowing Club, Birkenhead has been refurbished to provide upgraded gymnasium, changing areas and bar/lounge with new windows overlooking the dockside. Improvements have been made to access for disabled people and a new lift and staircase provided.
7 February 2003 Merseyside 21 Awards 'The Clock', a former street corner pub converted into a Community Centre for CDS Housing and Liverpool HAT, received two honours at the Merseyside 21 Awards 2003. Local residents were consulted on the design of the £195K project, which features balconies overlooking a new community garden.  The scheme won The Lord Winstanley Changing Places Award and The Jaguar Community Project of the Year.
