New Scout Headquarters Completed
Work is now completed on a new Scout Headquarters in Bromborough, Merseyside. The new building has been constructed on the site of the previous scout hut and it has taken 10 years to obtain the funding to replace the old building. The Scouts were finally granted Lottery support at the end of last year. The building, in a conservation area, has external walls of sandstone coloured architectural masonry and a natural slate roof.
